Capcom announced today some of it's titles planned for release in the 4th quarter of the 09'-10' fiscal year have been pushed to the 10'-11' fiscal year to "avoid competing with the major titles that other companies plan to introduce in the 4th quarter."

    Some of those titles include Super Street Fighter IV, Dead Rising 2, Lost Planet 2 and 
Monster Hunter Tri.

    New release dates were not announced but capcom stated that they will be "spread across all four quarters of the fiscal year to prevent an excessive contribution from new titles in the 4th quarter."

    Apparently somebody is a lil' scuured of some God of War lll and Final Fantasy Xlll action and probably Mass Effect 2. I know I would be.
     

    Coming with the weekly update today Sony is releasing 14 new LittleBigPlanet themed Premium Avatars.

    You can purchase them individually for .49 cents each or in multiple bundles ranging from .99 cents to $1.25.

    Hopefully this is something Sony plans on doing regularly. Yes I do love my Alex Mercer avatar it would be nice to change it up once in a while to something other than a toothbrush, toothbrush with toothpaste on it or electrical wall socket blue or yellow.

    Yes I know this is a pic of Hong Kong PS Store but I assure you they are available in the US.

    MAG has officially gone Gold, which means the game is complete and has been sent off for manufacturing. So to celebrate this starting tomorrow Dec. 22nd you can download the MAG open PSN Beta for free. The downside, you can't actually play it until 5am PST Jan 4th when the servers go live.

    Once you download the beta tomorrow from the PSN Store (file size 298MB) and start it up, there is a 38MB update to download and install. After that is done you finally get to download the actual game data, which is 1.8GB – 2.3GB depending on your region. Then hey, now all you have to do is wait 2 weeks for the servers to go live and you can finally play it! 

    The beta ends Jan 10th at 11:59pm PST. So get in as much MAG time while you can 'cause once it's over you have a looong two weeks to wait for the release of the full game.
