It looks like Activision decided to let us all know a little about their upcoming True Crime sequel. Official word is, the revamped title will " look, feel and play like a Hong Kong action flick."
You play as Wei Shen, an undercover cop caught up in the middle of a chinese crime syndicate called, the Triad. The idea behind the game, according to Activision, is this: "As a newly hired thug within the Triad organization, Wei must do whatever it takes to stay undetected and survive, balancing his moral duty as a cop with the objectives of the assignment. In order to ascend the ranks of the underworld gamers will engage in visceral, fast-paced martial arts combat and explosive gunfights, along with high-octane driving sequences and acrobatic free-running chases as they go deeper and deeper undercover."
Sounds like every John Woo movie i've seen. Let's hope they can actually capture that statement into a truely gripping engaging title. My past True Crime experiences say, No, that's not going to happen. We'll give Activision a crack at it though. True Crime is scheduled to release in the fall of 2010 for PS3, Xbox360 and PC.

The first DLC addition coming to Left 4 Dead 2 features a new episode called "The Passing". A whole new campaign set in a small town in rural georgia featuring run-ins with some friends from L4D1 including: Ellis, Coach, Rochelle, Nick, Bill, Francis, Zoey and Louis.
The new expansion adds a new infected type, two new weapons ( one melee and one firearm ) and a new co-operative challenge mode.
The campaign will be playable in all your regular game types: Survival, Versus, Scavenge as well as the new unnamed co-op mode. "The Passing" is slated for a release in early spring for PC and Xbox360 but no price tag has been slapped to it yet. We'll let you in on more details as they are announced.
