Like the rest of the crowd, Ubisoft has decided to join the party with a delay of the PC version of it's upcoming Assassin's Creed 2. According to the developer's Twitter, they need "a bit more time for the dev team to deliver the best quality game" to us. No worries though as I'm fairly certain we have plenty of games, on PC and consoles, from now until that time to keep us busy through at least Autumn 2010.

While some may consider this a bit late to the punch, I just consider it as "fashionably late." Although on a larger scale, fashion has absolutely nothing to do with videogames (or the people who play them), I think Stardock's latest sale goes quite nicely with the laid-back, videogame-centric attitude of Labor Day weekend. We like games, Stardock has about a dozen of them between 25-60% off - Perfect. If you haven't gotten your hands on the slime filled, organic structure building game that is World of Goo, I'd recommend that as a pick for sure.

Killing Floor has just received an update from Tripwire Interactive in the form of a new "Heavy Metal Content Pack." The pack includes two new weapons, a katana and AK-47. Also with the new release are some updates to some of the game's basic functionality, like flashlights and chainsaw smoke. If that doesn't get you interested in zombie slaughtering, may I also add that a new map, foundry, is also making it's way into this update. Did I mention that you can get all of this (the full game) for 10% off, or $17.99 until August 27th?

For all of you WoW addicts out there! There have been RUMORS about two new races! These rumors have really started a fire! Causing tons of threads questioning this new rumor. One of the possible known races is the Worgon , which is on Alliance. This is a class for those of you who love furry creatures somewhat like a wookie. The other class still isn't known. This new class might actually encourage me to play WoW again. Stay tuned for more on the new classes!
