The God of War Collection is the ideal way for anyone who hasn't previously played the first two games in the saga to get caught up. The bundle features God of War 1 and 2 nearly in their "purest form."  In an interview with Sony's John Hight, it's mentioned that the team did not want to make too many changes to the games for fear that it would snowball into far more changes than they could reasonably fit in the time-frame before launch.

"So, we're still kind of evaluating," explains Hight. "but we were prepared to upgrade the textures, at least on Kratos on both games, but honestly it's looking so good that we're thinking, you know what? It's probably better to keep it in its pure form."

As beautiful as the original titles were on PS2, playing them on a PS3 plugged into an HDTV looks like complete rubbish by today's standards. Nonetheless, they also aren't playable on newer PS3 SKU's at all. Luckily, they are now combined together on one Blu-Ray disk for your convenience.

Since these aren't actually new games, this review will focus on bonus content, trophies, and anything else that differentiates the game on the PS3 from PS2.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is the most anticipated title of 2009, and it is finally here.  After playing Uncharted: Drake's Fortune I had very high expectations for this title.  Just when you thought no other game could possibly be better than Uncharted, Uncharted 2 came along, and swept Uncharted away, and us off of our feet (on to our couches).  Uncharted 2 could easily win game of the year, because most of us will be playing it until we have Uncharted 3 in our hands.

Gran Turismo: PSP is all about the cars, and with over 800 of them, it is truly an amazing game.  I have the full list of the 830 cars for you after the break!  You may want to set aside 2 - 3 hours to completely read, comprehend, and drool over this monstrous list...  However in that time, you could hop in your car, drive down to your local GameStop, purchase Gran Turismo: PSP, and start unlocking some of the 830 cars yourself.

Welcome back everyone!  I'm sure you all missed Play Unwired as much as I did through its' closed maintenance upgrade.  Sony was nice enough to pass a copy of Gran Turismo PSP my way, so I could review it for you guys.  I have not yet been able to put down my PSP (in fact, I am playing it with my feet as I type this).  If you are a fan of the Gran Turismo Series, GT PSP will not disappoint!

Don't have the Uncharted 2 Online Beta Yet?  You've come to the right place!  I have one (1) Uncharted 2 Beta Code up for grabs!  More Details After The Break!
